Winter rates apply from approximately Christmas to Easter . Shoulder rates apply approximately Easter until May 1st . Summer rates apply approximately May 1st to Christmas. Please keep in mind that rentals during any holiday or special event will incur a minimum 20% rate increase. Rates may be available for less than weekly stays. Please contact us for this information

Refund Policy: Guest may cancel any reservation agreement and is entitled to a full refund less a $100 (one hundred dollar) cancellation fee, if the cancellation is made 60 days prior to arrival. If the cancellation is made within 60 days of the arrival date, no refund can be offered unless the unit can be re-rented for the same dates and rates. In the event of a cancellation the reservation fees of $25.00 will not be refunded.

Located on the Atlantic side of the island these units offer beautiful ocean views and sea breezes with all the comforts of home. La Brisa also has a shared heated pool, jacuzzi and tennis court.

Lovely condominium complex directly across from Smathers Beach. Enjoy the gated complex, 24-hour security and easy access to the Atlantic Ocean and all the daytime activities. This complex offers pool, tennis, Jacuzzi and sauna. Only one and one-half miles to Old Town this is a great way to enjoy both.

Two bedroom, two bath oceanfront unit with a beautiful view of the Atlantic Ocean. Sit on your balcony and watch the action on Smathers beach or just relax in the sea breeze. Master bedroom has one king bed and the second bedroom has two twin beds (that can be made into a King), two separate baths for privacy. Sleeps up to 4.
